Convention Schedule: The annual Party convention shall be held in the first quarter of the calendar year, or a date selected by the State Executive Committee. State conventions held every year. Officer and at-Large elections happen in odd numbered years. If there are vacancies of at-Large positions, there will be elections at the next State Convention.

Convention Notice: Convention date and location, 60 days prior. Convention agenda, platform/bylaws changes, 20 days prior.

Seasoning Requirement: 30 days for new members. 15 days for people whose membership may have lapsed before convention.

Membership: All members must reside in Washington State, have signed the Statement of Principles and who has in the previous 12 months paid $40 to the party.

Delegate Selection: Delegates are selected at State Conventions in years when the national Party has a convention. They need to have been members for 60 days prior to the convention. Unfilled seats can be filled at the National Convention.
