Convention Schedule: Annually, between Feb 15 and Mar 31
Convention Notice: 45 days
Seasoning Requirement: State Convention: Must be a Registered Member as of Dec 31 of the year prior to the date of convention, or, became a resident of Kentucky and Registered Member after Dec 31 but at least 30 days before the convention. National Convention: Must be both a Voting Member in Kentucky, and a Sustaining Member of LP National for seven months prior to the National Convention.
Special Note: There are also County Conventions, which occur between Jan 14 and Feb 14; their seasoning requirement is the same as for State Conventions, with the addition that delegates must have been a resident of that jurisdiction for at least 30 days. Notice for county conventions is 30 days.
