Convention Schedule: Annually, in Maricopa County no earlier than ten days after the second Saturday in January and in any event no later than the fourth Saturday in January following a general election; in the city of Tucson in January when not following a general election.

Convention Notice: At least 10 but no more than 60 days per state law

Seasoning Requirement: None

Special Note: Officers are chosen in primary elections, not at conventions.

Membership: Three-tiered. Class A members are registered Libertarian voters. Class B members are county precinct committeemen elected in primaries. Class C members are state committeemen.

Conventions:

Delegate Selection: County Chairs and Statutory Party Officers are automatically delegates to the National Convention. Additional Delegates to National Conventions are elected by Class A members at annual State Committee Meetings occurring in even numbered years.
