Seasoning Requirement: Deadline is the month before the most recent November election

Special Note: The DC Libertarian Party does not post their bylaws online.

Governing Documents: https://lpedia.org/w/images/d/da/DC-BYLAWS_2021.pdf

Conventions:

Delegate Selection: All dues-paying members are eligible to be delegates to the DC convention; delegates to the National Convention follow a priority list of affiliate chair, members of the Executive Committee, candidates for public office, active members ranked by the Executive Committee, and other members ranked by the Executive Committee. DC receives a very small allotment of delegates, meaning that the Executive Committee will serve as the delegation unless they choose not to, and then they will select the delegation themselves.

How to Participate for 2025/2026: Unknown. The website is defunct and the Facebook page's latest post is dated 2021.
