Membership: Two-tiered. General membership is any Tennessee resident who is either a National LP member, a previous state convention delegate, a local affiliate member, or attested as such by an officer or regional coordinator. Voting, or dues-paying, members meet the general membership qualifications and also pay $25 annual dues.

Conventions:

Delegate Selection: Any dues-paying member for at least 60 days is eligible to be a delegate to the state convention. Delegates to the national convention are elected at the state convention.
