Membership: Four classifications of members: Annual members pay $25 dues a year; lifetime members pay $500 in one calendar year; honorary lifetime memberships are granted by vote; and LP National lifetime memberships are also honored.

Delegate Selection: Delegates to the state convention are first elected by county affiliates; second, potential delegates from unaffiliated counties are approved by those delegates; third, alternates may be seated. Delegates to the state convention elect the delegates to the national convention.
