Convention Schedule: Annual. Even-year conventions are for officer elections and candidate nominations; odd-year conventions are for bylaws, statement of principles, and platform amendments.

Membership: Two-tiered. Voting members are registered Libertarian voters in Pennsylvania who pay annual $25 dues to LPPA and affirm the Non-Aggression Pledge after completing a 90-day period as Provisional Members with the same requirements.

Delegate Selection: Voting members are delegates to the state convention. Delegates to the state convention elect delegates to the national convention.

How to Participate for 2025/2026: Register to vote as a Libertarian and join the LPPA. Registration for the convention is sent through email and postal mail in December.
